36 Views of Tahoma | #4: City of Industry
This photo is from near Browns Point, overlooking Commencement Bay and the entirety of the Port of Tacoma. One of the main aspects of this series I wanted to convey was that every aspect of life in the Puget Sound—from the purely scenic hikes to the cityscapes to the industrial areas—are all made more beautiful by the continual presence of the Mountain. I think this shot shows that grandeur well.
All prints will be numbered, signed, and year-dated by the photographer. 8.5" x 11" (US letter) sheets have a 6.867" x 10" printed area and are editioned x/10; 16.54" x 23.39" (A2) sheets have a 22" x 14.8" printed area and are editioned x/5. Specific numbers cannot be requested; when the edition is sold out, I will be discontinuing these photo prints entirely.
All prints will be made with pigment inks rated for > 100 year longevity on archival paper. 8.5" x 11" prints will be on Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster (10 mil, 240 g/m²), which has a very lightly pebbled texture and a luster finish. 16.54" x 23.39" prints will be on Moab Slickrock Metallic Pearl (12 mil, 260 g/m²), which has a print-lab style smooth texture and an almost-glowing pearlescent finish.
All original photos are taken on Fuji Velvia 50 with my Fujica GW690i camera.
Will be flat-mailed in a thick cardboard mailer to prevent damage from rolling and unrolling, and shipped with signature confirmation.
Shipping domestically is $6 flat for US letter-sized prints, and $15 flat for A2-sized prints. My sales site is designed extremely stupidly and will not allow me to combine shipping for the two sizes, so if you order both an A2-sized print and a US Letter-sized print, simply select "Customer Pickup" for the US Letter shipping option, and leave the A2 shipping.
Please contact me for other international shipping options; I will work with you to try and find something affordable.
Prints pre-ordered now will be shipped the week of August 4th, 2025.
